Super friendly and engaged staff, I was visiting from out of town and you could tell there were regulars in here. Food was excellent!
I always receive quality customer service from this Jimmy Johns location.
I don't often review fast food chains, but this location is outstanding. Orders are typically accurate and delivered quickly or ready for pickup in a timely manner. The staff are friendly and excel at customer service. On the rare occasion that there has been an issue with an order, it was resolved quickly. Josh is a stand out for customer service. What I most like is the ease of online ordering and the ability to customize your sandwiches down to the smallest detail.
