I ordered a beach club wrap, added bacon - received my wrap with no bacon. I returned my wrap & was given a new wrap with two pieces of bacon & one piece of turkey. Despite good customer service, had I known they didn’t have avocado spread & would only put one piece of turkey on my wrap I would have saved my $13 - not worth it.
The people were very nice and kind and my food was done pretty quick. My food on the other hand I spent 24$ and my whole sandwich the bread was hard the meat looks discolored and tasted like it was about to expire but the worst thing was definitely the bread it was so hard on the bottom of it I couldn’t even eat my sandwich so I spent 24 for a Italian giant and couldn’t even enjoy it. Extremely unprofessional staff. Did not know how to even take an order over the phone then continued to tell me I was wrong.
Service and food is good, love ordering my take out in front of the SGM and COs office at brigade.
Subsidizing your deliveries to a third party is not good service. Especially when you can no longer control your product once it goes to the third party. Telling the customer that you can't contact them once they've taken control of your food. Plus you have no control over the cleanliness and the quality your food is kept in once the third party takes over. Telling the customer that they should have to contact a third party to figure out where their food is or to get a refund.
