We order from Jimmy John's fairly often and are usually happy with our food. Today, not only was the drive-thru wait extremely long, but the sandwiches were terrible. The bread was hard and tasted like it was made a couple of weeks ago. It was so dry it was crunchy. Very disappointed.
Ordered a $60 order through the app and kept tracking it, after 20 minutes it still didn't show completed so I pulled up to the drive-thru picked up my order which took them about 3 minutes to give to me drove about 10 minutes home and a bag of chips was not included in the order. I didn't want to have to drive back to get it with the construction. I guess I should have checked the order to make sure everything was there since they don't know how to do their job. Great sandwich but quite expensive for retired people. Definitely better than Subway. Probably would return since fireman’s sub is gone!!
