I visited this Jimmy John’s location at about 6:25 p.m. on August 13, 2025, and ordered two Turkey Toms. Each sandwich only had about two and a half to three slices of turkey instead of the four slices they are supposed to have. While this may not seem like a huge issue, it is still important because I paid for a full portion and did not receive it. After 3 visits to this location it will be the last. Sure people make mistakes but not three times in a row. Ordered two sandwiches, one was correct and the second sandwich is not even close to correct. I called the store and spoke with some sort of manager and he didn't seem too concerned.
Ordered the turkey sandwich. One slice of turkey. The only thing I could taste was provolone cheese and mayo. Ate half of it and threw it in the trash.
