I had an outstanding experience with the night shift on July 23, 2026. I came in late, right at closing time, and the team didn’t hesitate to welcome me, promptly take my order, and prepare my meal perfectly. Everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely seemed motivated to provide the best service possible. Their positive attitude and dedication made a lasting impression. Thank you for ending my day with such a great experience! I’ll definitely visit this location again.
I visited this Jimmy John’s today and witnessed a serious food safety issue. The employee preparing sandwiches dropped an AirPod on the floor, picked it up while wearing food-service gloves, put it back in her ear, and then continued preparing sandwiches without changing her gloves. I politely asked her to change her gloves since they had been contaminated. I do not believe I have written a bad review on a long time; however, my experience today calls for one. As a customer-facing business owner, the first impression of my business is the lasting impression. From the moment I entered this establishment, no one greeted me.
