I was pleasantly pleased with Marcus' customer service. Not only did he welcome me into the store, but he made my sandwich exactly as I ordered. Marcus was friendly and professional and very helpful with making suggestions for add on items for my sandwich. I was definitely surprisingly pleased after having several negative experiences at this location in the past under a different owner/management. Kudos to Marcus for providing me with and awesome experience.
Worst store ever. Took 90 minutes until I went to pick up a cold sandwich that was made wrong on purpose. Acting manager named Sydney. DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE. Getting that refund, too.
Ariyah (pronounced “area”) behind the counter was rude to me. I did not see a drink cup placed on the counter so I asked another employee for a drink cup and was told it was fine to take a large drink cup. I wasn’t aware that the giant combo didn’t come with a large drink. I was later confronted by Ariyah to which I told that I was told to go ahead and grab the cup. I could taste the rawness in my bread. It's definitely undercooked, with a raw dough taste and smell. Its not even browned, the bread is as white as a ghost, the picture doesn't even show how white it really is
My family came in around 5:45 this Saturday. The gentleman who took our order and made our food was so great! He was extremely helpful and kind and our food came out perfect! We will be frequenting this location more often
