I came in Jimmy John’s on a Friday evening and the restaurant was so clean! I actually can use the restroom in a good restaurant without it being nasty! The customer service and food was excellent the lady that help me was very polite pleasant and very friendly and very attentive she had a very wonderful attitude.I asked her name she told me her name was Mycia! The evenimg employees are extremely rude and seem as if they don't like their jobs. The sign was not even lit up outside the location. I provided feedback on my experience and was offered a $20 credit which didn't exist when I tried to redeem it. I did not ask for anything. It just says a lot in general. All the locations are not like this one. It's just this location that has a customer service problem.
