Customer service is horrible. Cashier does not listen to what customers ask for when ordering. Cashier always messes up order when it is a custom order because of horrible attitude taking the order. This happens several times. I will be taking my money elsewhere

I ordered a sandwich from them for the first time in 5 or 6 years. I wanted a toasted sandwich as its 2026 and nobody trusts these cold sub bar assembly places for quality control. Luckily they are with the times and had a whole section of toasted subs. So I ordered a jimmy cubano, style after a cubano sandwich. A cubano is a hot sandwich.
