I ordered a sandwich from them for the first time in 5 or 6 years. I wanted a toasted sandwich as its 2026 and nobody trusts these cold sub bar assembly places for quality control. Luckily they are with the times and had a whole section of toasted subs. So I ordered a jimmy cubano, style after a cubano sandwich. A cubano is a hot sandwich. Ben and James were some of the kindest people I’ve met at this Jimmy John’s!! 10/10 service!!! I had a long day at work and they both greeted me with a smile.
