I came into the store on Saturday night right before they closed and there were 2 ladies there. The one who took my order was very nice and helpful since I had never been here before and she made conversation and made me feel welcomed even though I came in so late. The other lady made my sandwich and it was really fast and when I got home the sandwich was made perfectly! The best customer service experience I have ever had! Will definitely be coming back!
Had to delete my 1 star review and upgrade to a 5 star! I had an unresolved issue with a previous order, but thankfully new management has since taken over. I had the pleasure of dealing with Sam. Sam took matters into her own hands and resolved the issue effectively and efficiently. I am looking forward to many more future visits, if this is the kind of customer service I can look forward to. Thank you, Sam! Jimmy John’s, you have a great leader in your store.

I don't know why it's acceptable for us to wait 20-30* minutes* for an order placed through the app. We literally live across the street but we wait* like ten minutes so it will be for sure ready right ? They don't start it until we walk in. .. then the 20/30 min wait for TWO sandwiches. While 3 separate customers walk in and grab their orders placed ahead of time. I usually like this Jimmy John’s, and this is the nearest one, but this time I went was very disappointing. They closed 30 minutes before they were supposed to and the girl was mopping… it’s 8:27pm and yalls hours say open until 9pm
