I go to jimmy johns maybe 4-6 times a month jumping between several locations depending where I am at the time. Usually they’ll do the mods I ask for but today they were pretty rude about it acting like it’s against cooperate standards to toast a sandwich which is funny because when I pulled up to the drive through windows one lady was taking her gloves off to pull cheese apart and another girl was touching her hair and face with gloves and then continued to make food without swapping gloves.
