Don't ever order delivery. Third time I've put an order online and they've called me saying they don't have a driver
Tried the newer toasted sub, seems like a fantastic addition to the menu. Except for the beeping the machine makes, they need to make that less disturbing to the customers and to the employees, hopefully the employees can control the volume of the beep
Amazing employees. Always very nice and super attentive to the customer. Thank you for being awesome and making sure every JJ customer is happy and well taken care of.
The employees did not know how to redeem rewards and the free combo after 2pm. We had to place the order on my phone while standing in the store, allowing a dozen people to go ahead of us. We didn't know how to do the combo, so had to start over twice before someone helped us. It was really frustrating.
