Jimmy John’s on traditions Drive is the best Jimmy John’s in Michigan! I frequent this place whenever I get the chance, and it’s usually after I gas up at Costco down the road. After I gas up, I park in Costco‘s lot and place an order through the Jimmy John’s app. My order is always ready by the time I get to the drive thorough a few minutes later, and it has been years since they have gotten my order wrong. My order was made wrong & I was stuck at work and couldn’t leave. The manager took time out of his day to deliver me a remade sandwich. That’s awesome customer service!
I showed up before 9:00, the time they're supposed to close, and they still told me they were closed.
I was trying to feed a crew of 6 people. We Googled this place and thwy are 2.9 miles away. Thwy would not deliver to us as thwy said we are out of the delivery area. What is the point of delivery if you wont deliver an $80 order less than 3 miles away? They told us to try the one over 5 miles away. Oh well.
