Sent my daughter in to get me a giant Turkey Tom and the lady working there couldn't be bothered and made my kid order online and ofcoarse the sandwich was lame as hell. Never again will I eat at this dump.

Came in on a Saturday when they first opened. We realize big orders take time. We didn’t know we needed a 24 hr ahead of time to make an order. We decided to go with a smaller order but we were charged more than if we got a big order. The girl who took our order seemed very irritated that she had to even make it. Jimmy John's has moved to a kiosk ordering system and the line easily gets overwhelmed with individuals who do not understand how to use the kiosk. Instead of employees taking the time to assist customers, they defer to letting the line go out the door. Freaky bad customer handling and service. Edit: And they got my order wrong. So much for specifying "No Mayo, No Tomato." It's on the receipt.
