Avoid this place! Numerous messed up orders, complained multiple times. Last time, spoke to manager after order was completely wrecked and she tried telling me that the $3 I paid for cheese to be added to a sandwich “couldn’t be seen because it was toasted.” No lie, they have invisible cheese now. Burnt bacon on BLT, sandwiches toasted with veggies on resulting in a hot soggy mess, wrong or absent items in almost every order. Complained to Corporate and Franchise, haven’t heard back. I wish they would still play the Jimmy John’s radio or whatever they call it because anytime I come here and Ayden is the manager on duty he is playing the worst music I’ve ever heard in my life and it’s always so loud. I’m forced to eat my meal outside due to how bad the music is. I was eating here with my daughter and he was playing some explicit rap music I had to cover her ears as we waited for our food. The food is good however no complaints there just the awful music selection like seriously man Imagine Dragons
