great place, easy to access and great employees
Delivery times are horrible. My sandwich says out for delivery in less than 10 minutes however delivery time frame takes anywhere from 45 min to over an hour!

I have no way to rate this because JJ doesn't use their own delivery driver's anymore. 1 Star for Delivery. I won't pass blame onto the person who made my sandwich and whoever I spoke to on tbe phone to find out where my order was, and then to get a refund. They sounded sick of it, I evidently wasn't the first person who had a delivery order go missing.
