Ordered a sub on the app for delivery, when it was almost an hour I called to find out what was taking so long and if my sub was sitting there the whole time, when I got the manager he was very rude and unprofessional, laughed at me over the phone a couple times and belittled me for not tipping on the app, I tip at the door and it’s not his business if it’s at door or on app. Filed a corporate complaint on this matter due to his childish antics on the phone. Did not receive my food or money back, do not go here!!!

To the person working today that insisted on my having a cookie after a small mistake was made with my order. That giant cookie made my six year olds whole day when I picked her up from school.
