Nicolai rudely informed the whole store he would not be preparing my order because I did not leave a tip on the card. Not only that but he made his co-worker un-assign the order from him and made him do it. This was a super uncomfortable experience as there were other customers in the facility and I felt singled out. Tip or no tip this was uncalled for.
At 8:00 PM, I placed an order for toasted subs, items that are currently being heavily promoted on your website. At 8:15 PM, I received a call informing me that the toaster was turned off for the night. I find this unacceptable for the following reasons: * **Misleading Promotion:** Your website prominently advertises toasted subs, yet the option was unavailable an hour before closing.
