Ordered delivery with xtra hot peppers and sandwich came with TWO slices of peppers. Called and told them they said too bad, you can come and get peppers if you want. Easy way to lose someone’s business.
We order fairly often and it’s always perfect! Ps … the delivery driver is top notch too. Thank you for working in this heatwave
Nicolai rudely informed the whole store he would not be preparing my order because I did not leave a tip on the card. Not only that but he made his co-worker un-assign the order from him and made him do it. This was a super uncomfortable experience as there were other customers in the facility and I felt singled out. Tip or no tip this was uncalled for.
