They don't hire delivery drivers and so they route your order through UberEats and don't tell you until after you order. If there's a problem with the order - like the staff enters the wrong address - there's nothing they can do to fix it or refund you and they tell you to go through UberEats despite them making the error. They can't even replace your order and will tell you to place another order that you have to pay for AGAIN just to get your food. Overall a great value, this visit the bread was a touch stale, close to end of business hours so I get it but still a bummer
Horrible customer service.
Never a driver no matter what time you order. Negative attitudes also. Also the orders not right. I loved jimmy johns but I'll never buy from them again.
