I was excited to see there was a Jimmy John’s close to where I recently moved. But I have been here twice now and the service is terrible. Both times I went I dealt with two different people that were rude and could not care less. Luckily there is another Jimmy John’s a little further down the road I can go to.
Drew was helpful as heck! Thank you so much for maintaining a great mood through a job that’s not always acknowledged to be stressful! You’re doing great and if you’re not manager you should be! Or at least you should get a raise.

They don't hire delivery drivers and so they route your order through UberEats and don't tell you until after you order. If there's a problem with the order - like the staff enters the wrong address - there's nothing they can do to fix it or refund you and they tell you to go through UberEats despite them making the error. They can't even replace your order and will tell you to place another order that you have to pay for AGAIN just to get your food.
