Came into and the employee Drew was amazing. Going through a rough time and it is my birthday, He really took care of me and was a breath of fresh air. His customer service is above and beyond. Thank you Drew. I really appreciated you today.
I was excited to see there was a Jimmy John’s close to where I recently moved. But I have been here twice now and the service is terrible. Both times I went I dealt with two different people that were rude and could not care less. Luckily there is another Jimmy John’s a little further down the road I can go to.
Drew was helpful as heck! Thank you so much for maintaining a great mood through a job that’s not always acknowledged to be stressful! You’re doing great and if you’re not manager you should be! Or at least you should get a raise.
