Great sandwich place
I had extra meat on one of my sandwiches and it didn't look like they put extra meat on it, so I took the sandwich back and explained the situation to one of the team members. To which I was told indeed it was extra meat, which is fine. As I was asking to just get a side of meat for the sandwich to pay for one of the employees from the other side of the line that didn't even look at the sandwich chimes in and says, "It IS double meat." and proceeds to demand what was on the sandwich as i just tried to ask to get a side of me... read more
Food is fine besides I asked for no tomatoes and they put them anyways. Workers..made me uncomfortable. Not friendly or welcoming..was on their phone. Didn’t say anything. Made me feel like an inconvenience :( We lowkey didn’t even get to order chips because we felt rushed and unwanted
A group of friends and I ordered delivery, and 2 of our bags of chips were missing. I called the store and the person I spoke with, Spencer, was rude and unhelpful on the phone. He stated 'it would be impossible' to do a partial refund for our missing items. He said the only option was store credit (why would I ever buy food from this store again?), and that they wouldn't be able give me a gift card.
