We ordered the Turkey Tom and a Club sandwich, and both items were good. Unfortunately, the staff were not impressive and lacked the welcoming energy you usually expect. While the food hits the spot, the customer service definitely missed the mark. We were the only customers, yet every both table was dirty
Freaky fast and absolutely delicious. #8 Billy Club is my favorite.
Ordered delivery, it got delivered to the wrong address. Luckily that person called me to let me know they had my food. I called the store to let them know what happened and spoke with a “manager” and after explaining the situation to him and why it was a problem, he repeatedly said he “didn’t understand what the problem was because I got my food but I’ll give you a refund anyway…” and then rudely hung up on me.
