Order delivery thru the app. Didn't receive my cookie or drink. When I called the store the young man didn't know how to get into the system to see my order and placed me on hold to call his manager. He then told me that I had to contact door dash for a refund. I told him that I didn't place my order thru door dash and jimmy johns is the one who charged my card. Ordered one sandwich and it was wrong. The receipt had the correct item, but the sandwich in the bag was totally different.
I was given the wrong sandwich.
Waited 15 minutes for 1 sandwich. While waiting, two staff members showed up with two bags of takeout from another restaurant with one behind the counter saying "about time". So unprofessional. So ridiculous.
