I ordered a tuna with cheese and was charged an “upcharge”, but when I got home, there was no cheese. I called the Metcalf location and they said they realized their mistake and tried to reach me before I left the parking lot. The employee pulled up my ticket and said he would issue a refund, but didn’t explain how a refund is issued on a cash order, even though I stated that more than once. He just stated that a refund had been issued. He never asked my name, but just hung up???

I have been eating Jimmy Johns regularly since they opened in KC over 20yrs ago. My husband and I got sandwiches delivered from this location yesterday and they were by for the worst Jimmy Johns sandwiches either of us have ever had. Now we are both up early sick w stomach problems. The bread the meat the cheese the lettuce was all clearly sitting out too long, we could tell on our first bite but both choked down half anyway because we were famished and spent $30 on 2 cold sandwiches.
