Had a takeout order and my sandwich had so much mustard all over it that it was inedible. And there was no cheese. It’s really gone downhill.
Hats off to this stores jimmy john crew! I ordered a toasted sandwich with no cheese because I’m very allergic. Our food came and my sandwich had cheese on it so I called the store and they apologized, got my order remade and through in a drink and chips for the inconvenience!!! Thank you jimmy john
I've been wanting a jimmy John's for a while and decided to stop here. The sandwich was good but the service was bad didn't great me or say can I help you, all I got was stares from both employees.
I come to this location at least once/twice a week because it’s close to job (Genesis of Kansas City) I came in today and the team already knew my order haha. I did a few words and they were on it! Crazy good service.
Jordan is the best . Sometimes I just walk to the store to buy something while I don't need anything just because Jordan service is great ..
