I visited this Jimmy John’s today with my daughter, and we ended up walking out because of an employee’s behavior. While we were waiting, an older male employee was talking loudly to another employee about wanting to have sex with college students. He also made explicit sexual comments about a young female customer who had been in the store before us, including saying he wanted to, quote, ‘use that’ and using other graphic language. No accountability for their mistakes . Brushed me off like I was in the wrong when my food was not delivered. Had to ask for a refund, no apology, nothing. Never ordering from this place again!

Servicio increíble de Jonathan. Nos trató como si fuéramos familia. La comida estaba increíble, pero lo que nos gustaba más era el servicio. Por supuesto que vamos a regresar solamente por él.

This is not you're ordinary place to eat, This place has the vibe, The atmosphere and of course delicious food including The totally tuna!! But most importantly the amazing staff that actually take care of you! Great team of workers at this place, John and Alex were very good to me and made sure I was taking care of! So I recommend this location over the others mostly due to the great customer service! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
