Patronize this Jimmy John's atleast 3 times a month sometimes more. Used the mobile app as primary ordering. Mainly for the black and white no questions asked how we want our order to be done. Ordered today at 4:22pm, my wife's order was done like it's on the menu. I made 2 changes for doubling the meat on my sandwich, instead of doubling, it was subtracted but was charged for the extra meat. The place was rather small so it was cramped when sitting there. I thought the bun was hard
