We ordered a #12 on sandwich bread. Guy made on sub bread. I asked him to please correct it. He scraped the contents out of the sub with his fingers and was about to just put it in a sandwich bread. I said I needed done with fresh contents. He looked at me and walked away. Fortunately, the manager (?) came over and corrected it. I didn't not come to get an attitude. Just one sandwich for my wife and I to share. We all have bad days. Just don't give it to a customer. Sorry. Not coming to this JJ.
Person who takes order is rude every single time I have came to this location. Will NOT return. Learn some manners young man. 3pm 2/21/25
The last 2 times I've came to this location specifically my order has been wrong to the point I cant eat that order. I get a #4 that doesn't even come with cheese to start with and they have put cheese on it when I've said no each time. This makes me unable to eat it as I’m allergic to cheese.
