The last three times Ive picked up my order from this location my order has been wrong. My husband has a dairy allergy and I usually put a note on it; regardless, if someone asks for no cheese please make sure the order correctly. Some people can't just pick the cheese off.

Obscenely long wait, especially for “freaky fast subs.” They also would not honor jimmy John’s promotions that were on the app, which is NUTS. They said I had to order it on the app, but no where in the promotion does it say app exclusive. Additionally, I have been to multiple other Jimmy John’s sure Who did the promotion in store. When I spoke with a manager, they could not identify where it said that it was an app exclusive.

Worst unwich ive ever had. I ordered a turkey tom no tomato add pickles, mustard, and avocado. This unwich had one ..... maybe 2 slices of turkey and no mayo. Unfortunately I couldn't bring it up while there because I was on a lunch break and was in rush and left. If I could add a picture I woud. Edit: figured out how to add photos. I also appreciate the feedback from establishment. Thank you

I went here for lunch I had an issue with my sub, I believe “Annabelle” was the manager that helped me. Absolutely unhelpful, she had a nasty attitude a was overall very rude. As I was waiting I heard her yelling at two young employees it made me VERY uncomfortable. This store would be 10 times better without this employee working there..
