HEALTH CODE VIOLATION I ordered 2 subs in store, and witnessed the young Hispanic guy making my sandwich start making the sub, then went over to the drive-thru window and collected loose change from the customer, exchange bills and coins, and never changed his gloves, only to come back and finish making my food. Absolutely disgusting. I contacted corporate who said the franchise owner would get in contact with me. They never did. I contacted the store directly about 60 days later and still got nothing. Rule #1 for all delivery drivers have a pen on your person lol not borrow one from the front desk at a hotel. #2 walk fast don't stroll. And how does a sub shop not have Swiss cheese ?
I ordered a chicken bacon, ranch and almost an hour later. I finally called to see where the sandwich was. They answer the phone saying hello and nothing else. It sounded like the person was high in a surfer dude. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. Then I asked for the owner and they said the owner wasn’t there. He said was this about the order and I said yes he said I’m sorry man we don’t have a delivery driver. I just sent it out for Uber.
