First time to Jimmy Johns and it did not disappoint. On par with the price of Jersey Mikes. Will definitely be back on our next visit to the states.
Zach was awesome and very friendly while we were ordering. He stayed busy while we were eating and kept the lobby clean. Did a great job !!!
Ordered online and they made 2 sandwiches wrong. Called them and was told to bring back the food so they could verify if it was made wrong. The lady they had verify it had an attitude and stated “ that there was no tuna sandwich and if I looked at the plain slim…”. To which I pointed out that the a different sandwich had “add tuna”. She then said “that was our bad”. They remade both sandwiches with no apologies and had attitude.
