Very slow. Very bad service
Very slow service, subs didn’t get bagged after being finished for 15-20 mins. Staff was very rude when I asked if my order was ready, which it was…not only this happened but they also made my sandwich completely wrong. Which is a bummer when you’re on a time schedule and looking forward to eating lunch.
Ordered on a busy lunchtime weekend and got 3 sandwiches, prepared accurately, in just a couple of minutes. Most efficient sub sandwich place ever.
Beware, this Jimmy Johns is charging city of Milwaukee (6.4%) sales tax price rates that are half a percent higher versus Greenfield (5.9%) rates. I put through an online order for two sandwiches, asking for napkins after picking up my order. Had to go to the counter and ask for napkins when I arrived. But through an online order, and it was not ready when I arrived, which was 10 minutes later. The app indicate did not when the sandwiches in the order was complete. I would give it a lower rating for service and atmosphere the employees are rude and non attentive to customers and especially for delivery drivers they get upset when you tell them you are here for a delivery pick up plus they prioritize the customers and make the delivery drivers wait or until they get fed up and unassign the order
