Every time we come here the staff is slow. So, today we placed a mobile order. When we arrived, they hadn't even started it. They were just talking and joking. They had 5 people talking and not working! This place will be a last resort.
Bought a 3$ sprite for the code to use the bathroom since it's for customers only, mind you trick or treat on the square was the day downtown full of people. For the worker to go in the bathroom before me for a long time and come out and tell me the toilet is clogged. The girl passing out the candy for the kids at the register was nice
Absolutely horrible customer service. The app doesn’t work so you have to call it in and they have an attitude like they’re doing you a favor by giving them business, 20 minutes later….
I called this location to speak with someone about an order I had delivered for a work meeting, as I have ordered from them before. I was met with a defensive "hello" when transferred to the manager, and I had to ask him for his name and to also confirm that he was the manager. I let him know that I was concerned that the salads; made with mayonnaise, had a use by date that had expired.
