Tonite on August 20th I went to order a club giant sub....it was an lady....she wasn't very pleasant sohe didn't greet me as I walk in so I already had a bad feeling...she put 3 pieces of meat on my sub and when I ask her is that all the meat she said yea then toss my sandwich and ask what toppings I want...immediately asked for an refund...people work to hard to be treated as such to be buying a $20 sub with just bread on it I will never go back to that store. How do i post the picture?
I always have great experiences at this location. Today I had exceptional service. My order was made very quickly, accurately, and personally handed to me as soon as I arrived. It tasted great as well! Thanks for a great meal!
Great experience with take out order on the app. I like that Jimmy John's added crispy fried onions as a free topping!
I love the sandwiches BUT not this location. There is always something wrong with my order or with the service. I’ll note my most recent visit. Ordered online for pick up, sat there for a while watching mobile orders get push out and I’m still waiting. I go up to ask after a good 15 minutes waiting in store to tell them I’m still waiting on my order.
