I visited the other day & had to write a review to say Jill & Clay were freaky fast to complete my order! Clay was friendly, knowledgeable, and awesome! Store was very clean and Jill even checked in with me to make sure I was enjoying my sandwich since it was my first time getting a toasted sandwich there. Both outstanding employees!
I’ve NEVER left a review for any restaurant, BUT this evening was TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: Walked in tonight , spoke to the cashier TWICE , she NEVER spoke back, I asked if everything was ok, she got smart and asked WHY? I said because I said hello twice and you never responded, Her response then, why are you asking if I’m ok,are you gonna call the ambulance? Just EXTREMELY RUDE for no reason. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the food is okay. Delivery from down the street takes over 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches? Better re word that slogan "freaky fast delivery" to "we'll get to it when we want". Update: you guys have officially lost my business. That email that I received basically said it's not the fault of the restaurant and I don't get any type of compensation or way to win my business back.
