Ordered online when I got home sandwich was made incorrectly and hard and the bread was sliced weird cal for them to remake went back and the young women was taking to me like I’m slow and don’t know how the bread there is slice got home and the bread was still hard won’t be coming back sandwich went in the garbage
When I came to get a turkey tom without lettuce, i ordered my sandwich asking for no lettuce, the teenage boy who was running the counter told me i can just take it off myself, after acknowledging i asked for no lettuce, i told him about the sickness people are getting from lettuce but he didnt care. Laughed at me for being “so picky” and i left. The Boys name was Jake or Jakob. Ive been to this Jimmy Johns a few times but never had this bad of experience. Very skimpy on the meat switching to Jersey Mike’s from now on
I hate leaving 1 stars but I ate here today and got food poisoning which is really disappointing
