Love Jimmy John’s but app was down so called in my order instead to the Bartram park location - confirmed the number was correct with the girl working Friday night 7/11/25 (it showed on her iPad screen), she refused to make my sandwich as she said she did not answer my call as she thought another location was called instead even though my number popped up on her screen as a recent call. I’ve never received such bad service, especially for an easy sandwich order.
The a/c has been broken for over a month and the employees are still in there killing it with a great attitude. The owner/manager or whoever is in charge of building repairs should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. This is Summer in Florida and you’ve been letting employees bake in that restaurant for over a month. They have a tiny floor unit being held together with tape and it is not sufficient. Ordered the beef and cheddar with no mayo it was full of mayo. Couldn’t eat it.
