Ordered a sub on the their app today. Sub was ordered at 12:26 p.m. I arrived at 12:40 and sandwich was not ready. I did not get my ordered sub until 1:00. I waited 20 minutes at the store and there was 5 employees working the counter. Only one out of the five employees was making sandwiches. The other 4 were just standing around. The workers were moving at a snails pace. Absolutely pathetic slow service. I will not be going back to this location. I will take my business elsewhere. Came into store today and one person working just stood there for 3-4 mins without even acknowledging me the. Finally did came to register and acted like I was biggest bother with a disgusted look on his face just looked at me not even asking to take my order. If you are that unhappy you have a customer just do something else. Not what I expected normally they are pretty good here. Not today.

Horrible experience. Too many orders, staff putting out one order every ten minutes. People ask about canceling their order and suddenly they get bumped to the front of the line. I placed the order online and there’s no way to cancel my order except for a verbal promise from the staff that they’ll cancel it.

Unfortunately this location has seemed to struggle with inconsistent staffing resulting in less than desirable results from a customer perspective. During short stretches when they’ve had good staff, it’s a great spot.

I love Jimmy John’s but this location is not it. The staff is rude, they’re texting while taking orders, roll their eyes when asked for the new promotional item, and appear to wish you would never come back. If this was a one time occurrence I’d give some slack, but this has been our experience at least the last 5 times.
