Staff here has been solid. Usually subs are made well.
Ordered pick-up for sandwiches. In the order, asked for names on the sandwiches and for them to be cut in place. Neither of those requests were honored. Overall, sandwiches were okay but an astronomical amount of lettuce on each sandwich, which really took away from the experience.
This was my first time at this Jimmy John’s location. As a customer for years, this is probably the worst location I’ve been to. I ordered an ultimate porker and chicken bacon ranch through the app about 10 minutes before I arrived. The order was not ready when I got there, but because there was only one person on staff! The staff was super friendly and indeed did everything she could. The person up front put veggies in my sandwich when I specifically emphasized no veggies. Terrible service.
