Just waited 45 minutes for an online order and what’s sad is that this is one of the shorter wait times I’ve experienced at this Jimmy John’s. Genuinely could not make this location worse by just offering patrons to come in and make their own sandwich.
This location is going downhill. Online ordering taking 20min plus last 3 times and today’s order was not even right
I arrived to pick my online order and they said they don’t have bread! Not even an apology.
Worst service ever and it's clear they don't care. Walked in today, stood for almost five minutes before the lady asked me if I had been waited on. Mind you there were 3 men's up front before she came up. All made contact with me but never said a word. 2 of the guys were having a conversation usually inappropriate language from curse words to racial slurs.
