I stopped buying Jimmy John's , When I saw a Picture of the Owner hugging a Dead majestic Cat that he Killed on a Saffari trip .
Not bad when they aren't busy, but it can be hectic during the lunch rush. Today I placed an online order and went in to pick it up. After fifteen minutes or so, no orders had been set on the marked shelves. I was politely trying to get someone's attention to ask, but no one would even look at me. Finally caught the manager's eye, and he brought my order up from the kitchen area. It was ready but no one had placed it on the shelves. I ended up waiting 25 minutes. Very, very frustrating.
Can be a hit and miss depending on who is working. Sometimes they forget things on my order. Sometimes they do great.
I have worked at a Jimmy Johns myself at a corporate training store and this store fell short. Hard bread from over baking or not allowing it to cool properly, employee at the register not understanding simple lingo like "Jimmy it up" when there's a button for it and overall not worth the price of the order. I'll revisit sometime to see if it has improved
