Clean, very friendly staff, and good food!
The quality of Jimmy John’s sandwiches (especially the bread) has gone quickly downhill— and at a dramatically increased price. I was also told that they could not toast my sandwich and that the reason for which was “above their pay grade.” This will be my last purchase from the franchise.

Very disappointed in the service I received today. I have been to this location many times and depending on who is working, the service is either great or terrible, very little in between. I always get the roast beef and cheddar sandwich and specifically ask with no horseradish sauce and this is the third time I have received my sandwich with horseradish.
