Very disappointed in the service I received today. I have been to this location many times and depending on who is working, the service is either great or terrible, very little in between. I always get the roast beef and cheddar sandwich and specifically ask with no horseradish sauce and this is the third time I have received my sandwich with horseradish. This jimmy John’s is the slowest in history. They just stand there and don’t care about the motto of their company. This jimmy John’s happens to be right on my way. I’ve ordered many sandwiches from here for pickup sometimes even 25 minutes before I get there and they’re still not done with it. I’m currently sitting waiting for my 4 sandwiches. I ordered 10 minutes ago and have sat now for 10 minutes and they’re still not even close to being done. Also one person in drive thru. No one else in the store.
