Although the sandwiches was really good but I messed up adding on my credit card slip for tip my glasses broke in a car accident and couldn't see the total that well and I obviously added wrong and you should have seen that when you charged my card and only charged the 8.00 but nooo you charged an 18.00 tip now your sandwiches are good but not at 18.00 tip...my tip was 8.00 well better than I give others ...so i won't be back ...I would have seen there was a mistake on that slip and finalized it as such 8.00 tip
You need more delivery driver, so you don’t have to give money back to people.
What's the point of offering delivery when you can't deliver because you don't pay drivers enough to keep them hired? This location is unable to do delivery multiple times a week to our business. You can get lucky about half the time and actually get your order delivered. It isn't from a lack of tips on our behalf as we always take care of the drivers. Great Customer Service, great Food!
Kyla is awesome! She always remembers my order, which is a Giant #15, toasted. Not only that, but she ensures it’s cut in half, and she’s always friendly and kind. She is the epitome of what a stellar staff member should be! I would also like to mention that there was a day recently when I was having a pretty awful day and wasn’t feeling like myself.
