Kyla is awesome! She always remembers my order, which is a Giant #15, toasted. Not only that, but she ensures it’s cut in half, and she’s always friendly and kind. She is the epitome of what a stellar staff member should be! I would also like to mention that there was a day recently when I was having a pretty awful day and wasn’t feeling like myself. Stopped in today and the customer service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly, fast, and genuinely seemed happy to be at work. You don’t see that often anymore. The whole team made the place feel welcoming, and the positive energy showed in how well they handled every order. Great experience all around.
