Makes about the 3rd time placed an order thru the app an got a call saying oh sorry we don't have a delivery driver... than why offer delivery? Just disappointing.
Ordered a sandwich that comes with horseradish but specifically ordered it without horseradish. Clerk repeated that back to me. Said no horseradish on the receipt. Manager made my sandwich and put horseradish on it. Not too bright. Usually tip them 4-5 bucks so I’ll just skip the tip next 5 sandwiches and recover my money because they refused to remake the sandwich correctly. Just very poor customer service at this location.
