Must not have a manager. Employees were disrespectful, honestly should all be fired, they cared more about partying and having random people hangout behind the counter.
I’ve had multiple experiences when I’ve waited over an hour for a sandwich to be delivered to my address. The food here is great and the customer service over the phone to place an order is great. However the delivery service is terrible. Today, I ordered at 11:15am (shortly after they open), and it is currently 12:31pm and I just had my order delivered. Currently in club Jimmy John's. The employees turned the music up so loud we can't even talk at our own booth. Asked multiple times to turn it down so we could communicate at our table and was told it would be turned down. Then told it doesn't need to be turned down it's acceptable. The bass is literally shaking the building. Absolutely ridiculous.
Irritating experience. Dude standing right outside blocking the entrance smoking. The music was blasting. 6 guys standing around one girl all goofing off like high school kids. Couldn't hear anything. Do they not have a manager?
