We placed a catering order for a bridal party for lunch for the day of a wedding. The sandwiches were supposed to be delivered at 11:30 on a Friday. We went into the store and paid cash for the order on the Tuesday before. On Friday, the day of the wedding we got a confirmation that the order was out for delivery. They serve old hard bread , couldn’t even finish my sandwich it was so nasty
The lady running the drive through window was terrible. Extremely rude and acted like I was impeding on her day. They also ran out of roast beef and told us after we paid with no apology or resolution. I would avoid this location if possible. The owner here needs to get his employees some serious training on how to run a Jimmy John's.
Idk what is going on in this place but they gave me the wrong order 3 times in the same visit and the only reason it probably wasn’t wrong the 4th time is because I just took the food and left.
Ordered 2 expensive regular subs with avocado. They didn't put on avocado. There were only 2 very thin slices of turkey on a $12 sub. Staff wasn't helpful, but added the avocado after I brought back. Poor value and service.
