Ordered for delivery. Called cause said delivered but wasn’t and cause taking a while, said delivered to the wrong house. No big deal, they said sending back out. Definitely warm drinks and foods warm like they went back to the house they delivered to 30 minutes before and grabbed the food and brought to us…. Disgusting. Then only 1 piece of meat in two of the three sandwiches… very disappointing
There's a taller husky gentleman working here who I had the pleasure of dealing with. I was blown away by the great customer service. It's been a long time since I've come in here as the male manager is extremely rude. I meant to ask in his name so I could mention it. Friendly guy, young, greet the guests as they come and go!
Love this location and Betty. Good customer service is hard to come by, thank you Betty!
