Ordered my family dinner at 5:30, it took over an hour for delivery. It had a driver assigned, then gave an "oops, we need to find a new driver." I called 4 times to be sent to voicemail to check on my order. I also placed it through website and they changed it to Uber delivery?! When I got through i asked what was taking so long, the worker said it's on it way and phone was disconnected. I made an order at 10:52. I was never contacted or communicated eith on when my delivery arrived, the driver never once called or texted me at any point. I waits until 12:52 by which point I had to be told by a coworker that the food had been sitting in the buisness lobby since they left for lunch an hour ago. How the hell do you run a buisness where communication eoth the customer is key and neglect that part. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a store. 1st time trying Jimmy John's ever, tried the Hunter sandwich, double roast beef combo, it was decent, I'd eat here b4 eating sub***. the chips are pretty good ( reminds me of Mrs. fishers potato chips).
