My office ordered sandwiches for the staff. Mine came with no tuna at all. Tried to call store they have an answering machine and don’t call back. Called customer service 3 times they had me call the store several times until they answered. I expected them to deliver their mistake to me correctly but the girl that answered was in such a rush. We frequent this Jimmy John’s often and there’s usually no complaints but the past few times we have gotten a fountain pop, no matter which one, it always tastes like mold 😬 we often just waste money due to not wanting to drink pop that tastes like mold so we throw them away.

Uh oh!! Jimmy John’s has abandoned their “freaky fast” mantra and is not having Uber Eats deliver for them. It’s been over an hour and my sub is still not here.. from 3 miles away. Yikes! 😬

Does not honor "promotion." Garbage customer service. They do not answer the phone and provide no other way of communicating.

Wanted a sub with salami mayo and cheese for my son , was treated rudely by the black girl working because she couldn't figure it out with the register , I said i didnt care about the price its just how I needed it, she said we dont give everyone special treatment, then she rushed me to my total and didnt ask for my reward number. Remembered I needed a combo and had to go back in. Everyone else was nice, she needs better manners when ppl just trying to come in and get their kids food, going to a diff one from now on
