Every time I order here they never do the special instructions and it’s not anything that’s not offered. Napkins I click the box since they never give any but I don’t get them anyways ask for the sub to be cut in half nope extra mayo always lite so I ask for mayo packets and don’t get them what’s the point of offering it if you can’t get your employees to do it? Also no way to get ahold of corporate or anyone else to complain either
So I ordered the number 12 beach club, which is supposed to come with avocado sauce on it. Every other time I order this sandwich, they either forget to put the avocado sauce on there. So they put it, give it to me on the side or I have to come back up there and get it remade with the avocado sauce on there. And this is a signature sandwich. I was there yesterday, 11/25/25 in the evening. Placed an order & told the cashier I would tell the sandwich makers what I wanted. Apparently, I assumed he heard me. Paid & was going to add veggies to the sandwich. I told the young lady with the different colored hair I wanted to add items & she proceeded to close the bag. I explained I didn't want it & she didn't offer to make another. Stood her ground & told me I was supposed to tell the cashier. I told them to return my payment.
