Good service. Have had some mid subs but the e always given me a free sub if something was wrong. I can 100% count on the closing shift to give me the dinner I need after a long day of work. They remember me and make my sub perfectly even though it's a custom order Props to the guy who usually is in around 4-5 he knows exactly what I want
Ordered a web delivery with this location, Beach club was delivered without mayo which oddly effected the taste a lot, called the store to point out the missing mayo and they completely sent a fresh sandwich for the inconvenience. Words can't explain my gratitude, so I will leave this review. Thanks guys.
Suzanne is a delivery driver and is always so sweet and careful everytime she delivers to me at my work. Most recently even going above and beyond when she accidentally forgot my drink (mistakes happen, were human) so on the way she literally stopped by a store to pickup the exact drink I originally ordered. That is insanely nice and you just dont see that much these days.
I give no stars for service. I have had multiple bad services every time I have been there for ordered delivery. They are definitely not freaky fast. I ordered delivery and it took over and hour to get to me and an Uber driver delivered it. I had to call the store and no compassion they said they were understaffed. I get that but nothing was offered to me for compensation. Multiple times going into the store with a few people in front of me and had to wait over 20 min.
