I give no stars for service. I have had multiple bad services every time I have been there for ordered delivery. They are definitely not freaky fast. I ordered delivery and it took over and hour to get to me and an Uber driver delivered it. I had to call the store and no compassion they said they were understaffed. I get that but nothing was offered to me for compensation. Multiple times going into the store with a few people in front of me and had to wait over 20 min. Bad here at lunchtime can’t handle the orders! Ordered online had to wait 20 minutes in store for my order. Multiple walk-ins received their order before me, no urgency here! Freaky fast now history!
you dont toast cold subs!...who eats a basic Italian sub hot...purchased 2 cold subs Italian and #16 mega sub....both were toasted(was not requested on order)..gross...and my #16 about 4in were just bread..also driver had to make 2 deliveries to deliver "mayo on the side" that was clearly stated on the order....drive was awesome though great attitude!! even after making 2 trips! please pay attention to people's orders!!
