Second time in two weeks I’ve had a disappointing experience. I ordered a sandwich for pickup (not drive-thru, one visit was in Chandler), and while the staff were friendly at first, their attitude noticeably changed once they realized I wasn’t leaving a tip on a $13 sandwich that I had to do the work to get. The interaction quickly turned cold and dismissive. At the Chandler location, it went further. Very decent
What used to be labeled as "Freaky Fast", is now a slow disaster now that Uber Eats is delivering for them. I just watched my delivery driver accept the order from 4 miles away from the location, drive all the way there, only to reject the order. Now they've found another driver, over a mile away. By the time it gets here, my sandwich will have been sitting for 45 minutes from the time it was made.
