Bad experience here. Ordered food over the phone from a young lady who was obviously new. She was very polite, but didn't know how to do her job. Still, I'm good with people learning. About 15 minutes later, she calls me back to tell me Jimmy John's doesn't deliver to my location. I'm literally 3 minutes away.
