I don't think I've ever been to a Jimmy John's where I've been told I need to wait 30-45 minutes for an order. I've seen JJs packed with people, lines out the door and I've never been in one for more than 15 minutes. No clue what's going on here and looking at the other reviews it seems like they might be mismanaged. Guy at the counter didn't say a word to me, hood on, I'm guessing stoned, just waiting silently for me to make an order. I was told by some other person working on sandwiches about the wait.
Zach was very helpful, when we had a problem with our past order he was very nice in giving us a replacement free of charge thank you.
Ordered no tomato and cut in half and they did neither.
