I had a very concerning experience at Jimmy John's on June 13, 2026, between approximately 6:50 PM and 7:15 PM. When I entered the restaurant, I called out multiple times and received no response. I even called the restaurant's phone while standing inside the restaurant, and no one answered. While waiting, I observed frozen packets of meat thawing on the counter, sandwich meat left out, and vegetables sitting on metal preparation counters unattended. Best taste!
Decided to try JJs again after many years. Came here out of my way after a 12 hour shift. My sandwich looks like it was thrown on the ground. Not to mention the bread is wet (why? I got only mayo) and they put a little meat on the top. What, for fun bc I asked for a Veggie sandwich? Not cool. Do better. I even tipped. Never again.
Good all around experience.
