The overall attitude of the employees is terrible. Service takes forever to make a sandwich and then get an attitude about asking questions. 10+ minutes to get a sandwich??? Ridiculous.
Ordered through app for a timed pickup, but got a notification saying order is ready 30 min before my selected pick up time, so the store definitely ignored the delay notice on the order. The toasted sandwich was very soggy when I got it... Definitely not one of my favorite JJ locations.
The app will allow you to pay with "cash" but they do not have change at the store. The nice lady that helped me was excellent, but the male who answered the phone was extremely difficult and refused to give me his name lol
Went here after a Club World Cup game. It wasn't busy, the sandwich I got was good, and the people working there were easy going and friendly. I'd definitely go back to this location.
