Not sure what complaints are about. We have waited 15 minutes for our sandwiches and this was during lunch rush hours! And it happened on two separate days of the same week during my trip to Seattle. This place was recommended to me by few locals, who visited regularly. Talk about consistency! Well done team! Sandwiches were tasty and served by welcoming staff. Keep up the good work folks and don’t let occasional failures let you feel bad about what you deliver. Thank you.

I've been to many Jimmy John's all over the nation, and while the food is the same, this location is the only one I've seen which seems to be in a constant state of operational crisis. If you're not familiar, the marketing slogan is "Freaky Fast!". If you walk in this location, they will laugh in your face if you want a sandwich in under a half hour. They will literally tell you to wait for at least 35 minutes for the simplest order, because they just don't have the labor resource to do better. The recommendation I can make ... read more

Dang. That toasted sandwich was good. Submitted an online order for pickup and the food was ready for pickup under 10 mins later. Sandwich maker was nice, restaurant is real small, so might be easiest to order pickup rather than go in person
