Bad service and follow up. Ordered lunch on July 3rd at 1:40pm. My order was processed and placed with a ride share driver at 2:10pm. Food never showed I work 8 blocks away on street level retail art gallery by myself so if I leave to get lunch I need to lock up. Called the store they did nothing, nada. No offer to remake my order and deliver it no apology no nothing no refund but they did charge my debit card and it still remains there today four days later.
What are advertising a sale on TV but nobody's honoring it so there's no use to have it on TV right make sense to me?
Staff was kind and sandwich was delicious
We order weekly for our office, food is always correct and delivery is always punctual. Marshall is excellent to work with and is always very pleasant.
