You couldn't pay me enough to eat at Jimmy John's. The food is ordinary. The staff is uninspred, and the corporate policies toward their employees is best described as "neo-medieval." This is a "cash cow" chain with little to remove it from the slaughter house. It will be gone in 5 years. Meanwhile, Jimmy John's SUCKS!

If I could do zero I would. I love Jimmy John's. I have literally never been able to actually eat at this location. They're never open to the public. They don't answer the phone. They only take mobile orders, but not on weekends. Unbelievable.

So many times, a sandwich sounds good, but, even ordering on the app, I walk in to "we're out of bread" This time, I got nothing but attitude out of the person at the counter I'm done with this Jimmy Johns, as everyone else should be

Y'all keep saying, "That's not how we roll," but it is, indeed, exactly how you roll. Last week I ordered my lunch and it never came. I found out the next day that the store isn't ever staffed for delivery on weekends, there's no mechanism for the staff to stop taking online orders and whenever they can't deliver, you will be quietly refunded and never hear from anyone.
