We've been coming to JJ's since they opened. They are consistently good. We usually order on the app and pick up our food. It is always ready when expected and always the right product. We have never experienced any issues here. The staff is always friendly and attentive when we walk in, even when they are busy.
Fast is a joke here. 25 minutes for a sandwich. They wouldn’t issue a refund after being there for 20 minutes with no one else waiting for a sandwich.
Yikes. I thought that it may have been an accident when I got a sandwich for my husband yesterday but I got the same sandwich today for myself and there was no meat on it. I asked for EZ on everything else except for the meat and they gave me one piece . I feel like I paid $12 for bread. I order the same thing but it is never flat like this and it’s only been these two times. Really disappointed because I enjoy this location.
