Hello, We placed an order for pick up at 2:02 pm today for two sandwiches. We were around the corner getting coffee and pulled in probably 2:05. We waited till 2:12 and walked in to pick up our order. The cashier said they were behind and it would be another few minutes. During this time, zero sandwiches were made. Staff was filling mayo jars and the manager was unboxing things. We and many other stood around waiting. You can be one of two people in store waiting for one sandwich and they will just prioritize all the online orders and make you stand there waiting. It’s ridiculous
came on my lunch break took my entire lunch break for them to cut a bread and put cheese and ham and lettuce spending the day without eating now bc they took so long im out of time and they forgot to add spicy sauce so the sandwich was gross
