This Jimmy John's location used to be excellent. I used to order 2-4 nights a week because it was always fast, always accurate, and a great value. They are still fast, I'll give them that! But over the last 2 months the quality of service has really declined. Anymore, if you order a toasted sub, it's a coin flip whether or not it actually will be. Same thing if you get xtras or add-ons, it might be right, it might not. Personally, I'd rather have accuracy and consistency than a sandwich at my door in 10 minutes. And it doesn... read more
