Ordered, never got my food. Not the first time.
Won't deliver Downtown, but the Jimmy John's down here won't answer the phone and your site isn't working... It's like you don't want my money... 🤷

this jimmy johns is the best!!!! I work nearby and come here for lunch most days each week and everyone knows me by name and greets me with a smile. super efficient service, friendly staff, freaky freaky fast. these guys are the goat. I’m a vegetarian too and they’re always super accommodating, and on the rare rare occasion my order is wrong during a busy lunch rush, they are quick to amend their mistake and give me a new meat-free sub. their bread also tastes better than other locations around!!!
Good food,..never had an issue,..some days you basically walk in and walk out,..others like today,..it seemed everybody was there to order something. I try to always not be in a hurry,
