Takes an hour and a half to get me my sandwich and I live 5 minutes away. This happens each and every time I order food and it’s not a great experience for me especially because I only order one meal not some huge order

Better to order in person. Online orders are notoriously freaky slow.
I order delivery from here about once a month (I think today is the last time). It’s sometimes slow which I can deal with, but there’s been about a one in three chance the fountain sprite I order has a horrible bitter taste, like it’s just the bitter carbonated filler with no flavor additive. I’ve never experienced this from any restaurant or other JJs, only this location. It sucks to pay for something too gross to drink. I don’t suggest ordering delivery from here.
