Jimmy John's has gone down hill especially this location quality of meat, taste of bread, even the chips have so much junk ingredients now. I'm done going there it's a shame I use to crave going there

This was my 1st time ordering from this specific JJ's location, as I'd often visit the one on Jackson - but there's never any parking there so I figured I'd try the Grand (this) location for a change. I orded on the app and for curbside, but after waiting 13 mins from when I checked-in on the app, I decided just to go in and get it. For myself, I'd ordered a "giant" #1 with extra meat and cheese, but it wasn't until I got home that I realized it had neither extra meat nor cheese.
