Order wasn't right
This location is wonderful- the employees and food. However the music is so loud that I cannot effectively communicate with them. I have a cochlear implant. So I place my orders online for ease but it's difficult to hear or speak to employees if something is not correct.
Very unlike my experiences before at other locations... My lemonade was just water with some weird color in it. My sandwhich was falling apart... I tried to get a refund in the JJ app that I used to purchase my order, but there was no options for a refund.
