My husband ordered a sandwich on the app without oil and vinegar. We got home and it was all over the sandwich. Called the store and they hung up on us 3 times. 4th call they gave us a new number to call. The manager told us she'd refund the $11.69. Called the next week as no refund posted, male manager told us 3-5 days. That was May 3rd.
