Do NOT order from this restaurant! I ordered (and paid for) TWO 30 sandwich platters for a wedding. When I arrived for pickup…. They said “they got busy and it wasn’t ready.” They told me it would take them two hours to prepare it. They ruined our luncheon. Ridiculous.
Consistent every time.
Chengmin drove out of his way to deliver my order after placing a delivery order by mistake and putting a wrong address in. I thought I placed an order for pick up. He texted me and drove 25 minutes to get to me so I could get my order. What amazing customer service. This man deserves a raise. Thank you!
Excellent service and excellent sandwiches. Jimmy John’s never disappoints but this location has something special in their customer service. The manager on duty was kind, friendly, and super helpful! Will be back!
The slogan “so fast you’ll freak” does not apply here. I consistently wait 10 or more minutes for a sandwich.
