I went and the guy said one moment another guy got on the till at 12:50 and acted like he didn’t see me with his glazed eyes and looked around like I’m a ghost
Employees very unhappy. Poor service, food was bad. Used to like JJ but things really changed.
Do NOT order from this restaurant! I ordered (and paid for) TWO 30 sandwich platters for a wedding. When I arrived for pickup…. They said “they got busy and it wasn’t ready.” They told me it would take them two hours to prepare it. They ruined our luncheon. Ridiculous.
Consistent every time.
Chengmin drove out of his way to deliver my order after placing a delivery order by mistake and putting a wrong address in. I thought I placed an order for pick up. He texted me and drove 25 minutes to get to me so I could get my order. What amazing customer service. This man deserves a raise. Thank you!
