Wonderful experience!! I order lunch for my team all the time here!! Always wonderful and has options for our vegan team members!!
Update: The new owner Chris reached out to apologize and asked to give his shop another chance and I am happy to say the food/order was perfect. I am excited this Jimmy John’s is back to top tier service. Quick service and sandwhich is great, but they tend to forget customizations such as cutting the sandwich in half, adding pickles, or sides of ranch. This has happened many times at this location, so be sure to check your orders!
I recently ordered a catering order from here, and I have to say, the staff were super professional and friendly! When I called, they knew exactly who I was and had an answer ready to go! To my surprise, Chris Jennings emailed me today to see how everything went and check in. This is a level of customer service that I rarely see. Everyone was amazing, it was Bill who took my order, he was such a pleasure to chat with. All the gentlemen at there stations were very engaging as well, I truly appreciate being greeted with a cheerful smile and hello. Oh yeah the food was amazing, thanks again for such an amazing experience.
