This is my last visit to Jimmy John’s I used to love their sandwiches and it was a treat to have one. I don’t know what happened but the mess I was served today does not compare to what they previously offered. A few slices of tasteless meat, undercooked bacon, and hard tomatoes. Their condiments are just mayo and yellow mustard. No honey or brown mustard, definitely nothing fancier. I had water to drink, my choice. So for $10 I got nothing I wanted to eat. A complete waste of money and food.

Hello Jimmy John’s team, I wanted to share some feedback about my recent order. I was really disappointed with how thin and skimpy the sandwich was — it barely had any meat or fillings, and the bread completely overpowered everything else. It just didn’t feel like the quality I’ve come to expect from Jimmy John’s. I usually enjoy your sandwiches for their freshness and balance, but this one missed the mark. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency, because I’d really like to keep coming back as a regular customer.

Delivery times have greatly increased, ranging from 45 minutes to an hour. I also don't get any of the toasted sandwiches or anything fancy, attempting to make life simple for all. I literally order a ham sandwich on the days I forget my lunch. Office is about 10 minutes away. On the days JJ uses a third-party courier. Forget about it, it's not going to get to you. No one even said a word to me. I walked up and grabbed my online order. I ordered the Cuban and only got 3 slices of ham on my ENTIRE sandwich. ONLY 3?!
